There is something quietly powerful about seeing a conversation rooted in the Bhagavad Gita travel beyond the spaces in which it was written and arrive on a global literary stage. My book, ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ: ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐น is now present at the ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ, being held from ๐ญ๐ฌ๐๐ต ๐๐ผ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ต ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต.
This book emerged from nearly three years of sitting with the Gita not as scripture to be explained, but as a therapeutic dialogue to be experienced. As a spiritual integrative therapist, I kept returning to Krishnaโs conversation with Arjuna to understand the dilemmas that people bring into the therapy room today: confusion, responsibility, attachment, hesitation and the search for clarity. Slowly, those reflections began to shape the pages of this book.
To see this work now travel into a space where voices from across the world come together through literature feels both meaningful and humbling.
If you happen to be in London during the fair, I invite you to stop by and explore the book because I believe that the Gita is a testament of a living conversation about how we navigate life with awareness, courage and inner steadiness.
