Jyoti's work bridges ancient Indian wisdom with modern inner-work frameworks, helping individuals navigate fear, attachment, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm with grounded clarity. Through years of therapeutic practice, Jyoti has seen that insight alone does not heal, integration does.

 

Her approach weaves psychological understanding with subtle-energy awareness, drawing from the Bhagavad Gita as a living guide rather than a distant scripture. As an author, mentor, and teacher, she writes in a voice that is direct, compassionate, and deeply practical—inviting the reader into self-honesty, inner steadiness, and spiritual maturity.

The years of experience led to the realization that while education can sharpen the intellect, it often overlooks the deeper human dimensions such as resilience, awareness, and meaning. It was this realization that became the turning point of her journey, and the idea of Ajanta Vihara Institute of Spiritual Sciences was born.

When she started her journey as a design student, which ultimately led her to become the Vice President – Innovation & Research and Dean of a University, her thoughts always revolved around one question: How can learning become a medium for inner evolution?

While leading a vertical of a social enterprise, where she worked on employability platforms that empowered rural women integrating economic growth with dignity, culture, and self-worth, this question never left her and only deepened this inquiry. It reinforced her belief that  real development is not just external advancement, but internal awakening.
