Privacy policy
CONFIDENTIALITY In the spirit of a healthy client healer relationship, the confidentiality of the content of our sessions remains intact and confidential with us. We treat all the information you share with great care. However in cases where we are bound to disclose certain information for example If you are referred by an employer for evaluation, the employer will expect a report from your clinician, we are required to information in that scenario
Cancelation and refund policy
Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you are late, we will end on time and not run over into the next person's session. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance so that time can be used to schedule other clients.
Incase of courses and workshops You can cancel or reschedule your session within 72 hours of booking. The refund will be credited back to your account from where the payment was made.
Incase of energy camps once the booking has been made no money will be refunded incase of cancelling due to logistical reason , how ever special cases can be considered .
