Breathing is one of the most powerful and simple way to bring control and regulate our emotions. The practice of breathing can help to relax your body, especially after and during periods of stress, anxiety and even danger. Breathing helps to activate the calming response of the body. There are different rhythms and patterns of breathing that one can exercise and this in turn induces different emotional responses in the body.

In this series, you will learn these varied patterns and rhythms of breathing and experience the release of diverse emotions and energy that have been stored in your energy bodies. You will feel lighter, more in control of your emotions and experience wellbeing after practicing these breathing movements.
